The College of Estate Planning Attorney consists of educational workshops that are scheduled that take place once a month at the University Club at 39 E. Monte Vista, Phoenix, AZ 85014. Admission for the education workshop is $20.00 for CEPA members, and $25.00 for non-members. Breakfast is included. The mission is to share knowledge and techniques for improving the practice of Estate/Business Charitable Planning and to reduce the incidence of malpractice in this complicated area of law. Samuel Kelsall IV (www.samkelsall.com) and John Goodson (www.goodsonmanleyforakis.com) facilitate the workshops and provide checklists from the previous sessions for us to review and supplement. We will give special invitations to attorneys and others who are uniquely qualified to enhance the brainstorming results.
